i'm in a tournament game against inklosed, and apparently Probes has an issue with him. Probes has taken to spamming up our game chat to call Inklosed names and just generally harass him. in the games i listed, Probes exhibits both spamming and abusive chat. didn't maxatstuy just get perma-banned for spamming up game chat in games in which he was not involved? here is a sample from the game chat:
2009-01-22 22:07:12 - Probes: i'm not mad other than I have questioned why it keeps going on, then I politely asked him to finish the game, then I explained to him why it was annoying. Finally I just figured he's an asshole who isn't courteous enough to finish his game.
2009-01-22 22:11:10 - Probes: hey owen - I will spam whoever's game I want, when I want. You just sit there and try to not wake up your mom upstairs while I try to communicate with InkFAggot. I can't MAKE InkPUssy finish his game so I will just be as annoying as I can until he does.
clearly abusive. i am not involved in this altercation with Inklosed and Probes. i have neither played with Inklosed or Probes before, yet i am being subjected to Probes abusive and spammy game chat. he isn't in my game, and sure i could put him on ignore, but that doesn't solve the problem of him spamming up other games with the same abusive chat, blue language, and general misconduct. it is annoying, and making it difficult for my team to communicate in a tournament game. thank you. the black jesus has spoken...-0

In any case, both players are eliminated from the game. They do not have to take turns in it; there's nothing to complain about.

It appears that both have become annoyed at being members in a game that is dragging on for several months with no end. Twill has even asked you to put a stop to it.

i don't care what the situation is with probes, it is not an excuse or reason to spam up countless games with profanity. it surely isn't the way to resolve the issue, and it landed him in a C&A thread. maybe if he had made a C&A thread about what was going on, it would be resolved by now. but he didn't, and he chose to spam up games he is not involved in, he stated it himself, "hey owen - I will spam whoever's game I want, when I want." just because he is being wronged in his own eyes, it does not give him permission to ruin the game experience for others that are not involved. the black jesus has spoken...6cd

I never attempted to justify the spamming. I was merely agreeing that it would be annoying to be held hostage in a game with no end. The guy has been asked nicely by three people to end the game, and he refuses to do so. I'd be annoyed in Probes' situation also. You're right; he should have handled it differently. He deserves this thread, and he should stop spamming the chats.

You're misquoting me. My post had nothing to do with with Probes or your games, it had to do with the game that Inkl0sed isn't ending. And before you say "It doesn't matter, that's not the issue at hand.", the fact is, it does matter, as it's part of the issue at hand. It's the whole reason why Probe is doing what he's doing, it's his motive, and consequently, it matters. You proposed that Probes is spamming game chats with profanity, and then proceeded to provide evidence to prove that accusation. Now, we're simply looking at the reason behind those acts. It's something that is very much related to the discussion.

regardless of what Probes reason is, i am not involved in the situation and it has nothing to do with the game or tournament i am in. no matter what his reason is, it is of no consequence to this C&A thread. if you want to discuss that game, please open your own C&A thread to figure it out.the fact remains Probes is spamming up multiple games with profanity ruining the gaming experience for many, and making it difficult for my team to find chat we have left for each other. i do not care what the cause of Probes spamming is, i only care about the EFFECTS it is having on my CC experience. Owen, you are right that it doesn't matter what caused the spam.
But really, what's the harm in posting about it in this thread? The very existence of this thread serves its purpose. Unless the mods intentional ignore it, which I doubt they will, they will see the thread and will take whatever action they deem necessary.
Basically, I'm just trying to tell you to chill. They'll see the problem and I'm sure they'll do something about it.

no it doesn't matter at all. it has absolutely no bearing on my game or the tournament. will the mods say, "oh, he had a very valid reason" or will they rule based on the fact that he is spamming up games he is not a part of? i have nothing to do with the other situation, and had my game spammed up with profanity. it is a separate situation. it is not an excuse for what he is doing. he should have resolved it as i am doing, the correct way. not by spamming up countless games, ruining the game experience for member uninvolved with his situation. i don't care what happened in another game, i only care about the rules violations going on in my game and several others by one member abusing game chat for a personal vendetta/matter. take it up with the mods in C&A, don't ruin my game and screw my team over by spamming up the chat in our tournament game.-0
