Over the course of their turns, the time between turns has been 10 minutes, 5 minutes, 4 minutes, 30 seconds, and 12 seconds. The map is world 2.1 and one holds all of SA and NA, while the other holds Africa and most of europe. throughout the game they have each held one side of the place where Africa and SA connect. They have never put any extra troops there and have never attacked each other in a manner that decreases the other's 'troops due'. I have a feeling that the fourth player in this game may have something to do with it, but not certain like i am the other two. I pointed out how weird nympho and wilco's actions were and he replied with who cares lets just team up and beat them ourselves, long after the game had been lost.

yea its obvious that they are cheating. You and the other player are no longer any kind of threat but they continue to leave 1's on their borders. the mods will figure out if they are the same person or are just conducting secret diplomacy
