terminator on condition-win maps

If i set a terminator game on a map with alternative ways of winning (for example austro-hungarian empire). What happens if the winning conditions are met?

points are lost by everyone still in the game or kicked from the game (for cheating or deadbeating) and go to the player who achieved the winning condition.

the points of anyone eliminated prior to this remain with the player who eliminated them.
