I bought a limited subscription to your game and I basically hate it at the moment - I'd like my last debit refunded because I never agreed to a direct debit - I bank with biggest building society in the uk I want my direct debit refunded - if this isn't done I will make it my business to get it refunded through my building society and they will probably block payments to you by all there members - feel free to delete all my games - I don't care - I'd be glad of it I never agreed to an eternal direct debit - you can delete my games and my account - your game is buggy and the playerbase is basicallt obnoxious most of the time - I was only keeping playing out of a sense of duty - I gave up on this game weeks ago

I will be on to the bank asap to try to get this debit bounced - the taxes are too high for the roads

Sorry, the no refunds policy is clearly outlined in their two hundred page terms of service agreement you could have read before signing up for the subscription.

You must have authorised the direct debit. If you did not, then you need to contact your bank as it would constitute a fraudulent use of your account. Threatening CC is not the first step in this process. The first step is contacting your bank or building society and reporting fraud.

alex u wont get a refund m8 the site has auto renew feature the above info will help u avoid this from happening again ..can i ask u why u are giving up cc club ?? just curious your reasoning m8 ..ill gladly teach u some maps i know and find fun to play as would most of the players on here ...

Part of why I'm not a premium anymore is I won't give them access to my credit card or bank account. There are some other reasons but you are baffled enough so, I'll let you carry on making things up about me, it's just as well.

go get pre paid visa card they come in 25 50 100 dollar amounts no personal information need be given and solves the renewal issue as well ..what am i making up about you ??

this guys been on site since 2012 m8 and hates it currently does not tell us much does it ...just saying here WHY??? perhaps it can be turned into hey i love this game again ..doubtful but think we should at least try ...

How difficult is to do like many other site where you sign in and for a X amount of days trial, and ask to stop before the D-Day otherwise you will be charge, this is no different, you pay for Premium, you try for 30 days and if you don’t like you stop the renewal and at least stay Premium for another 11 months.

He has been part of the site for 6 years
Wants a refund because "I basically hate it at the moment"
Denies authorizing a direct debit (lol)
Banks with "biggest building society in the uk" so CC should be worried.
He is personally going to see to it that his bank blocks any funds going from anyone who banks at his bank to CC.

Anyone who has worked at a call center or a similar type job for even a short time (I did it for almost a year long while back) knows that people call in trying to deny authorizing payment all the time. But I don't think I ever heard someone say U BEST LISTEN TO ME, I BANK AT WACHOVIA!
